We are looking for a **Casual Kitchen Hand** to work at our site at **Manukau Super Clinic**. Work is on an as-and-when-required basis, dependent on business needs.

**Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:**

providing warm, friendly customer service,responding to customer requests and replenishing supplies,maintaining clean and tidy dining/kitchen areas,cleaning tables, equipment, floors, and handling waste and linen,receiving and rotating stock,assisting with food preparation and presentation,washing dishes including pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment,following food safety plans and hospital/aged care food safety practices.

**He korero mou / About you:**

*Ideally you will already have:*

experience in a similar kitchen or hospitality role,good communication skills and a strong work ethic,flexibility, reliability and physical fitness,awareness of food safety practices (Food Safety Unit Standard 167 is desirable),knowledge of dietary requirements or modified diets (advantage but not essential).
