Change Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our client on a contract basis. This role is critical in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives, particularly those involving digital or IT system implementations. You’ll play a key role in analysing change impacts, creating high-quality communications and training materials, and supporting the roll-out of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver clear and engaging change communications.
• Create and manage training materials, including eLearning modules (highly desirable).
• Conduct business impact assessments (BIAs) to identify and evaluate change implications.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption.
• Facilitate or support training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst, Communications Specialist, or similar role in change delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and communicate business impacts of change initiatives.
• Experience supporting digital and/or IT system implementations.
• Experience with eLearning (bonus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

We are open to people outside of Dunedin, if you can travel to Dunedin every 2-4 weeks at your own cost.
