With a strong commitment to the training and development of their staff, they are now looking for a talented Assistant Manager to lead their Richmond Mall store!

This is a dynamic, hands-on position, and we are looking for a proven sales performer who is energetic and fully committed to delivering results for the brand. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving both individual and store-wide sales and KPI targets
- Inspiring and motivating the team daily by fostering a positive culture and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Managing in-store promotions and overseeing visual merchandising
- Handling HR functions, including performance management and recruitment
- Supporting the manager with all administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, stocktakes, and stock management
