About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Dismantling Foreman to lead our dismantling team and oversee day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure vehicles are processed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while keeping the yard tidy and the workflow smooth.

You’ll work closely with our Stock Controller and Parts Manager to maintain dismantling targets and ensure every part is ready for resale in top condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hybrid on the tools role – You’ll be dismantling vehicles while leading the team
  • Lead and coordinate daily dismantling activities
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and quality dismantling processes
  • Support and train team members in technical and safety practices
  • Keep the yard and workspace clean and organised
  • Check and prepare parts for tagging and stock entry
  • Manage unloading, yard movement, and scrapping schedules
  • Lead weekly toolbox talks and maintain health & safety compliance

About You

We’re after someone practical, organised, and confident leading a team in an automotive environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Solid mechanical experience (preferably dismantling or workshop background)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
  • Computer and diagnostic tool knowledge
  • A proactive, positive attitude and team-first mindset
