Truck Driver/Labourer (Class 2 -> Class 4)

Seipp Construction is looking for a **Class 2 Truck Driver** who wants to build a long-term career in civil construction, with a **clear pathway to Class 4**.
This is a practical, hands-on role combining driving with general site and labouring work across Christchurch-based civil projects.
**The role**- Driving Class 2 vehicles to support site operations
- Assisting with general labouring and ground crew tasks
- Supporting Drivers, Operators, and Foremen on site
- Learning civil construction processes and site standards
- Progressing toward a **Class 4 licence with company support**
**Start date:** Late February / early March 2026 (or by agreement).
**What we’re looking for**- Current **Class 2 NZ Driver Licence**
- Genuine interest in progressing to Class 4
- Civil or construction experience preferred (not essential)
- Reliable, practical, and willing to learn
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Full-time work across Christchurch civil projects
- **Supported pathway to Class 4 licensing**
