Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Support Analyst to join our dynamic regional team, supporting operations across New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji. This isn't just an entry-level role, it's your fast track to becoming an IT expert.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide first-line IT support to users at all levels, from technicians to leadership
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Set up laptops, peripherals, and user accounts
  • Create, modify, and terminate user access
  • Escalate issues when required and follow up to resolution
  • Document issues and solutions clearly in the service desk system
What We’re Looking For
  • Up to 1 year of IT support experience preferred but not required
  • Relevant IT study, certification, or internship
  • Genuine interest in building a career in IT
  • Exposure to service desk tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Basic understanding of Windows environments, hardware, and user support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
  • Experience within the Google suite is highly desirable

Applicants currently must have the right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.
