Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Support Analyst to join our dynamic regional team, supporting operations across New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Set up laptops, peripherals, and user accounts
- Create, modify, and terminate user access
- Escalate issues when required and follow up to resolution
- Document issues and solutions clearly in the service desk system
- Up to 1 year of IT support experience preferred but not required
- Relevant IT study, certification, or internship
- Genuine interest in building a career in IT
- Exposure to service desk tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Basic understanding of Windows environments, hardware, and user support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
- Experience within the Google suite is highly desirable
