HVAC Ducting Installer - BOP

The normal duties to be performed comprise all activities related to installing, repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including but not limited to:Duties include:* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications to establish job requirements* Install and assemble ductwork for HVAC systems according to specifications and blueprints* Assemble and prepare the tools & equipment needed for the ducting installation* Measure, cut and shape ductwork using hand and power tools* Design and install duct fittings to ensure proper system functionality.* Inspect and repair existing duct systems to ensure proper airflow and efficiency* Operate a variety of hand & power tools needed for HVAC installation* Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions* Always adhere to safety health and safety measures at work* All other duties assigned

Pay conditions: Minimum $30.00 per hour to a maximum of $35.00 per hour depending on experienceHours of work: A minimum of 30 hours of work is guaranteed.Skills and experience required: * Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant Ducting/HVAC experience or relevant Ducting/HVAC qualification* Friendly, with good time management, and excellent work ethic are essential* Flexibility to work in various locations across the country* A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry* Commitment to health and safety practices on-site* Reliable and hardworking

Location:You may be required to work in multiple locations throughout New Zealand, including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago and Southland.

This is a permanent and full-time role. Applicants must be a NZ Citizen/Resident or should have a valid NZ work visa.
