About the role:

• Responding to customer enquiries over the counter, via phone, txt and email providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
• Processing purchase orders and lodging credits, providing rates and quotations to customers.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry in the company's systems.
• Completing administration tasks and support to the wider team.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service and administrative processes.

What we're looking for:

• A positive attitude with previous experience in a customer service and office administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Self motivated and result driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous knowledge or experience with equipment hire would be advantageous.
• Proficient in your computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and experience with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
