We’re expanding and we need a Kitchen Manager who can lead from the front. You’ll run the BOH, train your team, hold the standard, and make sure every bowl leaving the pass is something you’re proud of.

• Has led a BOH team in a fast-paced kitchen
• Stays calm under pressure and leads by example
• Knows their food safety and doesn’t cut corners
• Builds people up and holds them accountable

We’re the first thing people see when they walk into Bowler and we need someone who gets that. You’ll be taking orders, making coffee, managing UberEats, and keeping the floor running without needing to be told what to do next.

• Take pride in getting every order right
• Are proactive, not reactive
• Love talking to people and making them feel welcome
• Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
