Desired skills and experience:

• Proven store management experience within fashion/footwear/accessories
• Highly motivated & excited by the challenge of growing store sales
• Lead from the front, highly inspiring management style, focused on creating a positive, high performing, cohesive team culture
• Track record in delivering results & turning store sales around
• Passion for training and inspiring staff in sales and customer service
