The Role
We’re looking for an Accounts (AP/AR) Administrator to support our finance team on a part-time (20 hours /week), 6-month fixed-term basis. You’ll help keep our accounts payable and receivable running smoothly, using modern systems and automation tools to work efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Process supplier invoices using AI-enabled tools
- Manage the accounts inbox and respond to queries
- Follow up on outstanding client invoices
- Support month-end processing
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Experience in AP/AR or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort using accounting systems and digital tools
