Arrears Management Team Member

We’re a fast-growing car finance company in Auckland CBD, and we’re looking for someone sharp, confident, and unshakeably calm under pressure to take charge of our arrears performance.
Key Responsibilities: Contact customers regarding overdue/dishonoured payments
Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policyMonitor accounts, identify risks early, and escalate to management when necessary
Keep tight, accurate records that help us move fast and make good decisions
About You: Owns the phone — confident, clear, and unafraid of tough conversations
Detail orientated — mistakes, patterns, warning signsWants responsibility, not to be micromanaged
Works well in a small, tight, high-trust team
No qualifications required. Experience in arrears/collections/finance is a bonus, but not required .Work phone provided.
Location: Otahuhu, AucklandEmployment Type: Full-time Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri (10am-6pm)
Pay: Salary
Base salary will depend on past experienceTraining will be provided to comply with the FMC Act & CCCFA Legislation
Start date: 7th April 2026
