About the RolePaediatricAmbulatory Service (Children's Outpatient, Paediatric Community, Paediatric DayStay). An opportunity has arisen for registered nurses to join the paediatriccommunity nursing team. We are looking for nurses who have a passion forworking with babies/children/adolescents and their families in an inpatientsetting and in the community.
It is a permanent part-time role working 0.9 FTEas the Paediatric Community Nurse. Paediatric community nurse has their ownworkload in the community. This role also includes runningnurse ledclinics.About theTeam/Service Location PaediatricAmbulatory Service is a busy service which provides care to patients in thecommunity and also in an inpatient setting.
The role works within widermultidisciplinary team including the paediatricians, children's ward andcommunity services.It is an exciting opportunity to work with theteam in Children's Outpatient, Community Nurses and Children's Ward. You willbe working in partnership with babies, children and adolescents and theirfamilies.
You will have the opportunity to care for medical and surgicalpatients.Paediatric Ambulatory team at Hutt Valley district isdynamic. Team members are professional, friendly and team focused.
