About the Role:We're seeking a motivated Service Receptionist to join our Mitsubishi team in Te Awamutu. This frontline position is ideal for someone with a passion for people, top-notch communication skills, and a strong eye for detail. You'll be the first point of contact for service customers — managing bookings, greeting clients, and supporting the service team with admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and manage drop-offs/pick-ups
- Answer phones and respond to service-related enquiries
- Book and schedule vehicle services
- Prepare service invoices and quotes
- Communicate with technicians and update customers on progress
- Ensure a tidy and professional front-of-house environment
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in customer service or admin (automotive a bonus)
- A friendly, professional manner with great communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Full NZ driver's licence
- NZ residency or a valid work visa
