Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Installer Technician to join our team covering Canterbury and beyond.

Previous experience in the construction trades industry, potentially coming from a building, landscaping, or concreting background would be helpful but not essential as full on the job training is available.

The position we offer is varied and can be challenging. It will include; dropping of and picking up products and liaising with suppliers, installation work involving installing gates (sliding and swing), fences and balustrades. Installation work involves marking out, digging, boxing and forming timber edging and concreting, and gate automation, specific training will be provided.
About you:- Self-motivated with excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Presentable and reliable
- Remain calm under pressure
- A good level of physical fitness
- Full clean drivers licence and confidence towing and backing a trailer (or willingness to learn)
- Tidy handwriting and basic maths skills
- A customer focused attitude
- Able to follow instructions and problem solve
