Key Responsibilities:
- Load and prep your vehicle each day to tackle your scheduled jobs.
- Inspect customer sites to identify pest issues and recommend solutions.
- Deliver hands-on pest control services using industry-best methods.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and hygiene best practices.
- Complete clear and accurate service reports after each job.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through friendly, professional service.
- Keep an eye out for ways we can add more value for each client.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand
- Full NZ driver’s licence with a clean record
- Experience in high-dependency pest control (especially food or manufacturing industries)
- Clear criminal record
- Great communication and top-notch customer service skills
- Physically fit and confident working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable using mobile apps and devices
- Willing to travel long distances and stay overnight if needed
- Committed to safety — for yourself, our clients, and your team
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Urban Pest Control Level 3 (required)
- Knowledge of pest control regulations and practices
- Working at Heights and EWP licences
- Experience driving manual vehicles
Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
