You will play a key role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, supported by an experienced team of Clinical Nurse Specialists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.The role includes inpatient consults, support for primary palliative care providers, and involvement in service development.There is flexibility around full-time or part-time FTE, and the role can be structured to suit your lifestyle and career goals.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe position is part of the Department of Medicine team and an interest or dual approach to Internal medicine can be considered.
