The Role

We’re looking for an Accounts (AP/AR) Officer to support our finance team on a part-time, 6-month fixed-term basis. You’ll help keep our accounts payable and receivable running smoothly, using modern systems and automation tools to work efficiently.

• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Process supplier invoices using AI-enabled tools
• Manage the accounts inbox and respond to queries
• Follow up on outstanding client invoices
• Support month-end processing

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Experience in AP/AR or a similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence
• Clear communication skills
• Comfort using accounting systems and digital tools
