We're looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

• Manage a portfolio with care and confidence
• Build strong relationships with landlords & tenants
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, inspections & arrears
• Communicate proactively to prevent conflict and create win-win outcomes

• Experience in property management or real estate is great - but not essential
• We're open to training the right person if you bring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and eager to learn
• Level 4 Certificate in Property Management is an advantage (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
• A second language is also an advantage
