Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a leadership team focused on doing things right – for customers, teams and the wider community
• Manage our grocery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Maintain operational standards within the store
• Supervise and support our grocery team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in supermarket or retail management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive and hands-on approach to team support and store operations

To be successful in this role, we require:

• Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
• Able to work one weekend shift and public holidays
• Reliable, self-motivated, honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude
• Forklift License beneficial but not essential
