We're expanding our dynamic team at Ray White Marshland and are looking for a professional, personable Real Estate Sales Associate who's passionate about property, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with one of the most active and high-performing offices in the region.
About the Role:As a Sales Associate, you'll support our top-producing agents while building your own pathway to success. This is a hands-on role involving a wide variety of tasks that will give you valuable exposure and experience, including:
- Hosting open homes and following up with potential buyers
- Assisting with listings maintenance and property marketing
- Creating brochures and on-site materials for new listings
- Coordinating with building inspectors, valuers, and contractors
- Helping buyers shortlist and find their ideal properties
- Providing general PA support and managing daily sales tasks
- Liaising with clients and ensuring smooth communication
- Supporting with contract preparation and file compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Confidence to speak with people from all walks of life
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Own car, phone, and laptop
- A current NZ real estate license
