What you’ll do:- Estimate and manage project costs for civil drainlaying jobs
- Prepare tender submissions, progress claims, variations & final accounts
- Work closely with project managers, site teams & subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Council and NZS3910 requirements
- Assist with procurement and contract admin

What we’re looking for:- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of QS experience (preferably civil/drainlaying)
- Proficiency with Excel and/or other QS estimation software
- Knowledge of relevant industry infrastructure standards
- Strong communication & commercial skills
- NZ work rights & full driver’s licence
- A general all-rounder with a can do attitude that can help grow the business
