What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading day-to-day operations across fabrication, assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Developing and executing smart production plans that meet deadlines and exceed quality expectations.
  • Ensuring seamless workflow, process discipline, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality assurance, and compliance across the floor.
  • Overseeing inventory control in collaboration with procurement and logistics.
  • Mentoring and empowering a skilled production team, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
  • Reporting on production metrics to support data-informed decision-making.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • 3+ years in production management preferably working with Aluminium or senior supervisory position working with aluminium.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and build trust across teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with scheduling, inventory systems, and ERP/Office 365 platforms.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a drive to improve, innovate, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and planning capabilities.
