This is an intermediate-level QS role where you’ll be trusted to step up.
You’ll work alongside Project Managers and site teams to drive strong commercial outcomes across a range of projects, including:
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Managing variations and contract administration
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Identifying risks and opportunities early
- Being present on projects, not just behind a desk

About You
You’re likely:
- 4–6 years into your QS career
- From a contractor background (civil or infrastructure preferred)
- Used to working in structured environments but wanting more autonomy
- Commercially sharp, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable building relationships with PMs and site teams
- Ready to step up and take ownership
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Exposure to variations and contract administration
- Solid understanding of contracts and commercial processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
