The HCA will perform delegated patient care duties to enhance the satisfaction of the patient and housekeeping duties to provide a clean tidy and organised environment.As an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team, the HCA is not responsible for decision making in terms of patient care, planning, assessment, monitoring or evaluation of care.
