GDM believes good design matters and provide best practice in metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic welding, CNC joinery construction, painting, powder coating and logistics, efficiently co ordinated from the same site.
GDM provides service and product to companies across New Zealand and Australia in numerous industries including retail, pharmaceutical, liquor & construction.
We are actively seeking a full-time Dispatch Coordinator to join our team, working a minimum of 40 hours per week. As a key player in the GDM logistics team, the Dispatch Coordinator will ensure that everything runs like clockwork - keeping our people, products, and processes moving efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and dispatch all outgoing goods efficiently to meet production timelines and customer expectations.
- Actively participate in daily production meetings, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
- Have effective planning and organisational skills.
- Hold the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions when plans need to change.
- Have confidence using CRM and manufacturing software systems.
- Have a friendly and helpful internal and external customer focus.
- Hold a full driver's licence and forklift licence.
