SENIOR BARISTA
This is a hands on role for someone confident in high volume coffee service, who can lead from the machine and step into a supervisor role when required.
HOURSApproximately 40 hours per week, predominantly 8.00am to 4.30pm shifts, rostered across 7 days including weekends
SELECTION PROCESSA practical interview will be held to demonstrate coffee skills, customer interaction, and leadership ability
THE ROLELead coffee service during busy periods
Maintain consistency and quality across every cup
Support and guide baristas during service
Step into a supervisor role when needed
Work front facing with customers, including till work
Work calmly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
YOU WILL NEEDProven experience in high volume coffee service
Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
Competent across all areas of coffee service, including machine setup, workflow, and quality control
Ability to lead by example and take initiative
A naturally positive and welcoming approach with customers and team
Strong communication skills
Recent, contactable references
ADVANTAGESDuty Manager Certificate
Bar experience

FRONT OF HOUSE BARISTA
This is a hands on, customer facing role for someone confident working in a busy café environment and delivering warm, efficient service throughout the day.
HOURSApproximately 30 hours plus per week, predominantly 9.00am or 9.30am to 4.30pm shifts, rostered across 7 days including weekends
One late close to 9.00pm once a fortnight
SELECTION PROCESSA practical interview will be held to demonstrate coffee skills and customer interaction
THE ROLEPrepare and serve quality coffee
Work front facing with customers, including till work
Deliver warm, efficient customer service
Support smooth service flow during busy periods
Work calmly and efficiently as part of a team
YOU WILL NEEDBarista experience in a fast paced café environment
Confidence on the till during busy service
Confidence multitasking during peak periods
A naturally positive and welcoming approach with customers and team
Strong communication skills
Recent, contactable references
