This is a job that requires you to put on a pinny for the day and is onsite based. However, you'll be a gun at planning. You prioritise safety on site, quality and maintaining schedule to keep your Foremans and Site Supervisors happy. You have good energy and the drive to motivate and lead by example.
You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects are executed flawlessly from inception to completion.
Off The Wall has work within the civil, residential, and commercial sectors and you will be pleased with the amount of variety we can provide for you.
What we require:
- Experience in formwork
- Qualification and/or extensive experience within the building industry.
- Commercial site experience
- NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa

You will be goal orientated to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
You'll thrive on challenge and finding solutions to problems as the role involved coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful construction projects every time.
You must have the skills to:- Understand plans and be able to take direction
- Work with a labourers to guide and assist them where needed
- Show up everyday with a good attitude
- Take responsibility for tools and equipment
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations
Concrete experience is a HUGE plus
