You could be covering a ward administrator one day and be helping in the Engineering office the next. Hours are generally Monday Friday 0730-1600 but can include weekends and weekdays from 1600-2100 General admin and office duties are the main skills required for this role.Working in the clerical pool is a constant moving role and requires quick adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills.Please click here to view the position descriptionAbout the Team/Service/ LocationThe clerical Support Pool position reports to the Integrated operations centre (IOC) Team Leader.For more information on living and working in Taranaki click hereAbout you You must be comfortable with changing environments because no two days will be the same.
Ability to provide exceptional administrative support. Be comfortable with managing office systems including document control, data entry and workflow coordination. Have proficiency in office software (e.g Mircosoft Office Suite). Be able to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly.
