Previous HPLC experience is abonus, but full training will beprovided.You will be responsible for:Professional ResponsibilitiesActivelyengage in training and development opportunities.Collaboratewith the Section Head to build a tailored professional growth plan.Foster apositive team culture by constructively addressing behaviours and supportingcolleagues.Routine LaboratoryDutiesPerformmanual and automated assays, including basic troubleshooting.Use thelaboratory information system for patient registration, data entry, and resultsaccess.Ensurequality and accuracy in all lab processes.Helpmaintain our ISO 15189 accreditation standards.Providesupport across CHL as needed.ContinuingProfessional DevelopmentStaycurrent within the MLS scope of practice.Pursueongoing CPD to sharpen your skills and knowledge.Bringcuriosity and a growth mindset to your work.

About youWe- relooking for someone who brings:MLSregistration or eligibility (provisional or full) with a currentpractising certificate.Experiencein laboratory processes and quality systems (ISO 15189).A methodical,practical approach with strong attention to detail.Greatcommunication and organisational skills.Confidencewith data entry and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
