Kōrero mō te tūranga Reporting to GM Strategy & Operational Excellence, this role works across our (CSD) division to drive strategic direction, planning and delivery which is in line with our enterprise priorities, frameworks, and governance.
With three core focus areas of; CSD operating strategy development and strategic priorities, leading input into CSD business planning process and resourcing, and leading engagement across the CSD function.This is a highly collaborative role which requires working alongside several wider business groups to define long term vision, target state and operating model design & development.
Therefore, effective stakeholder engagement and management is a key requirement of this role.The role will also lead key projects, business planning and portfolio management for the CSD business unit whilst ensuring these deliverables sit in line with wider business priorities, therefore forming a strong collaborative and trusted partnership with the Portfolio Governance and Enablement function and Enterprise Strategy and Planning function is essential.Mōu
- About youAs the ideal candidate for this role, you will have proven demonstrated experience leading business planning, and oversight across major projects and programs, within a large and complex environment.
You will have experience shaping, creating and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring appropriate focus on the overall portfolio health and performance.
You will hold a certification, bring a continuous improvement capability and have had exposure to change management.Understanding of operating model design is also required.Experience applying this experience within a domestic or international logistics business is desirable.
Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Auckland however we are open to considering other NZ locations.
