Project Manager

ConsultANZis seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join a reputable main contractor in Hamilton, Waikato. This is an excellent chance to take the lead on major infrastructure projects while working with a collaborative and results-driven team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Foster clear and effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with contractual specifications and quality expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop comprehensive strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, and reports while showcasing exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

• Tertiary qualification with strong knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
• 8-10+ years of experience in civil contracting, particularly in water-related infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Ability to assess site conditions through physical inspections and interpret technical data from surveys and investigations.
• A hands-on, practical approach paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Competitive salary between $120k – $150k, plus a company vehicle (negotiable based on experience).
