Trade Assist have an abundance of work available in the Whanganui / Manawatu region! We are currently looking for approx. 45 Construction Technicians / Workers / Labourers for a variety of projects, specifically in the Whanganui / Manawatu area.

- The position is full time with a permanent employment agreement.
Our clients have a variety of work available starting straight away. Everything from large commercial jobs where you will need previous formwork, steel and concrete experience, right through to high end residential work, where framing, interior and exterior cladding will be required.
The maximum amount of hours per week is 55 hours.
What we are looking for:- 1 year experience
- Physically Fit – this is a very physically demanding role
- Previous experience in the construction sector
- Carry out general labouring duties including site preparation, cleaning and material handling
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures
- Support in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work site
- Assist tradespeople with tools, materials and tasks
