Main responsibilities

Responsibilities include washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.

You’ll prep ingredients by chopping vegetables, portioning meats, or measuring spices as directed by chefs.

Keeping the kitchen clean is key—sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and managing waste disposal.

You’ll also assist with basic food assembly, like plating dishes or prepping garnishes.

Occasionally, you might help with inventory, restocking supplies, or receiving deliveries.

It’s fast-paced, so staying organised and following food safety protocols is a must.

Expect to work under pressure during busy services, always ready to jump in where needed.

Be available to work on a roster basis, weekend and late nights required.
