Casual Sales Assistant - Auckland

Joining our Westgate store, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. Full training in sales, customer service, and product knowledge will be provided to assist you to be successful in your role.

The role:

• Exceeding individual sales targets consistently
• Showing you're a team player and helping to build the positive team culture
• Ensuring all the administrative tasks are completed quickly and efficiently

About you:

• You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a "people" person
• You will be professionally presented, well-spoken, and experienced in retail sales
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities

We're after someone with initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligent, punctual, and has drive.
