Automotive Technician / WoF Inspector – The Mechanics Automotive Repair and Service Centre Christchurch Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | No weekends

The Mechanics Automotive Repair and Service Centre is a small, busy Christchurch workshop looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team.

If you’re after variety in your work, great hours, and a solid crew to work alongside—this could be the role for you.

• General servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of vehicles
• WoF inspections (if certified)
• Plenty of variety – no two days are the same
• Work closely with a small, supportive team

• Qualified Automotive Technician (or strong hands-on experience)
• WoF Inspector ticket or keen to gain one (we’ll support you)
• Good diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, easy to get along with, and takes pride in their work

• $33-$42/hr (depending on experience & WoF certification)
• No weekends – Monday to Friday only
• Support to gain WoF certification
• Friendly, down-to-earth workshop (no dealership pressure or upselling)
• Consistent workflow and job security
• Work uniform
• Monthly lunch shouts
