Grada Recruitment has teamed up with an award-winning, NZIA practice to find their next Senior Architectural Technician! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering large scale projects, managing project teams, and possessing excellent communication skills.
You will be part of a collective and diverse team and help design and deliver high-quality residential and commercial/mixed-use projects. Ideally, you will have at least 8 years of New Zealand experience and experience on large apartments or commercial projects.
About the Role- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of Revit
- Completing construction projects by drafting architectural documentation and detailing for when lodging for Resource & Building consent
- Preparing building designs and highly detailed working drawings, sketches and specifications by hand or using specialist computer-aided design (Revit)
- Work with the project team and clients to develop design concepts, from initial design through construction documentation and administration.
- You will be managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
- You will be working in a team environment and working as one unit
