Experienced Landscaping Team Member

As an experienced landscaping team member, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of landscaping projects from start to finish. You will follow the instructions of the team leader, working closely with them on-site to ensure smooth project execution.

You will also collaborate with a close-knit team, where understanding project plans, effective teamwork, coordination, and the ability to work independently are essential.

As a skilled team member, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Job Description:

  • Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Demonstrating skills, competencies, and experience purely in structural landscaping, constructing various areas of landscaping, including
fencing, paving, decking, concreting, new lawns, retaining walls, earthworks, and earthmoving machinery.
  • Collaborating closely with your team members, the project manager, and the project coordinator to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to.
  • Ability to supervise all the onsite and offsite work of team members and coordinate onsite work efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in managing the projects
  • Understanding and following standard operating procedures of all of the structural landscaping works
  • Operating and maintaining equipment and tools
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of solid experience is highly essential in both hard/structural landscaping, building and/or construction such as fencing, decking, retaining walls, and all other structural landscaping products.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing landscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of various aspects of landscaping, including fencing, paving, concreting, decking, concreting, new lawns, artificial turf installation, retaining walls, and earthworks.
  • Exceptional ability and experience in all forms of timberwork
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management,
operational teams, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to perform individual and team tasks and deliver high-quality work in different weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
