Join the team and work in the largest and busiest cafe in the town, which offers a variety of food, including pizzas, fast food and cabinet food all prepared in their large modern kitchen. Mainly day work, any five days out of seven. Set shifts and guaranteed hours.
You will be helping with food preparation, cooking fast food and pizzas, cleaning and assisting in the kitchen generally.
This is a position for one person. You will need:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen - 1-2 years or a Certificate in Cookery
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for great food and a strong attention to detail
- A good level of spoken English
- To be flexible, a good all-rounder who is happy to do a range of different tasks in the kitchen
- A good team person
- To be a New Zealander, or to have a valid NZ work visa which enables you to work in NZ (visa sponsorship or variation is not offered)
