As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with their enquiries, maintaining store cleanliness and restocking shelves.
We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract, covering our busy Spring and Summer seasons.
All roles below are fixed-term roles, starting ASAP and finishing end of January 2026
These roles require availability to work one weekend day per week, with each shift being 8 hours:
Role 1: Role 1: Four days - 32 hours per week
Role 2: Role 2: Three days - 24 hours per week
Role 3: Role 3: Three days - 24 hours per week

- Filling shelves and maintaining stock hygiene, ensuring products are well-presented, clean, and easy to find.
- Engaging in physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is important.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
