Experienced Cook

We are seeking an experienced and passionate cook to join our kitchen team at Panthers Rock. As an integral part of our team, you will support the Head Chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes that delight our customers. This is a full-time role, requiring 40-45 hours per week, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu standards.
• Ensure all meals are presented beautifully and consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Manage food preparation and cooking during busy periods while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a cook in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
