About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as an Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM), supporting both the Anaesthetic Assessment Clinic (AAC) and the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU). The Roles & DepartmentsIn this dual-focus leadership position, you will oversee clinical excellence across two vital stages of the patient journey: PACU: Support a high-acuity team providing intensive monitoring and specialized care for patients recovering from local, regional, and general anaesthesia.

AAC: Lead a specialist team ensuring planned surgery patients are triaged, assessed, and optimised for safe anaesthesia.Workforce Leadership: Managing staff development, mentoring, and resource allocation.Clinical Quality: Promoting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining exceptional standards of practice.Operational Management: Coordinating daily workloads to ensure seamless patient flow and safety.Innovation: Bringing your vision to life by shaping this role into a spectacular and unique leadership pillar within the department.
