With a strong reputation built on trust, performance, and delivering results, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our team.
________________________________________About the Role:
This is a hands-on, varied role that will see you involved in all stages of project delivery—from pricing and tendering, through to contract administration, site coordination, and successful project completion. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:- Pricing and tendering for upcoming projects
- Reviewing construction plans and specifications
- Updating and maintaining pricing structures and supplier rates
- Managing project back costing and financial reporting
- Creating and overseeing the flooring schedule for multiple sites
- Monitoring and managing site stock orders and material usage
- Contract administration and negotiation (clients & suppliers)
- End-to-end project management for our flooring division
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and job scheduling
- Estimating costs, preparing proposals, and evaluating bids
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
- Maintaining health & safety standards and compliance
- Attending weekly management meetings
- Supporting the Managing Director where necessary
- Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships
- Help setting up any complexed jobs on-site and resolving any issues that arise during installation or construction

What We’re Looking For:- Qualification in Quantity Surveying and Project Management
- 2+ years of industry experience in a QS and/or PM role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods
- Proven cost control, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of Workflow Max and Xero is a bonus
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
