  • The roleAs a Group Coordinator at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand you will deliver high-level administrative and operational support to our Directors, Managers, and teams.
The work you do helps ensure the smooth running of our teams and is valued throughout the organisation.You will be responsible for proactive diary management and travel coordination, efficient office and facilities management, along with seamless execution of events, meetings and budgeting to enable effective team performance.Ō pūkenga

To be successful in this role you will have:Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex organisationThe ability to oversee the day-to-day functioning of office operationsComfort planning and delivering the logistics for meetings, conferences and eventsConfidence managing domestic and international travel arrangementsExperience assisting with budget preparation, processing invoices, and reconciling accountsKo wai matou
