About the Role: Working 66 hours per fortnight in Whanganui across two of our residential homes.

Week 1:
  • Monday 8am
  • 4.30pm, Tuesday, 5.30pm
  • 11pm, Friday 5.30pm
  • 11pm and Sunday 8am
  • 4.30pm
Week 2:
  • Monday 8am
  • 4.30pm, Wednesday 5.30pm
  • 11pm, Thursday 5.30pm
  • 11pm, Saturday 9am
  • 6pm and Sunday 8
  • 4.30pm

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
  • Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
  • Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
  • Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
  • Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
  • Previous Experience: Lived or work experience in disability and or mental health or other health sector
  • Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
