Price Holyoake (NZ) Ltd are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team, based in Tawa Wellington.

This position offers the successful candidate a good mix of practical challenges, along with work life balance.

• A Level 4 National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Strand, or equivalent Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• Experience repairing Presses and Press Tools, Punches, Roll Forming machines and Saws.
• A continuous improvement mindset and experience utilising Lean tools such as 5S, Poke Yoke and 5 Whys.
• Experience establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule.
• The ability to respond to breakdowns with a calm methodical approach.
• A proactive approach to Health and Safety.
• Machining experience with manual Lathes and Milling Machines to a high tolerance.
• Welding experience with Mig and Tig.
• Good time management and sound planning skills to manage your workload.
• Great communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
• An eye for detail and be accurate in your duties.
• A good level of physical fitness - lifting, pushing and pulling

• SolidWorks Experience
• An Electrical Service Technician License
• A Forklift License

This is a permanent full-time role, typically working Monday to Friday.
