Lead Qualified Carpenter

Building Detail Ltd is a small tight knit team providing residential carpentry services throughout the Wellington Region to a trusted client base.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Qualified Carpenter to lead assigned projects from start to finish. This is an exclusive opportunity to grow your leadership experience.

• NZ qualified for a minimum 3+ years;
• Experienced in leading a team and projects;
• Able to demonstrate competency in a range of carpentry work (i.e. renovations, alterations, bathrooms, kitchens, new homes, commercial maintenance);
• Comfortable leading the full project lifecycle from understanding architectural plans and specifications through to passing council inspections and final completion;
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients, sub-trades, regulators and partners;
• Experienced in training and coaching carpenters and carpentry apprentices.
