We’re on the hunt for a hard-charging Business Development Manager — someone who knows the grind, thrives under pressure, and can handle the knockbacks. If you’ve got the fire to hunt, pitch, and close deals consistently, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

This is a frontline sales role for someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and chase leads. You’ll be responsible for building your own client base in freight and logistics services — and growing it. You’ll have the freedom to own your patch, and the backing of a no-BS team that gets the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hunting down new leads — cold calling, networking, door-knocking, chasing referrals
  • Pitching and closing logistics solutions for importers, exporters, and supply chain clients
  • Building your own sales pipeline from scratch and owning it
  • Preparing competitive proposals and converting quotes into deals
  • Working closely with our operations team to deliver what you promise
  • Staying on top of pricing, competition, and customer needs
  • Reporting on sales activity and smashing your targets
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven sales experience — ideally in freight, logistics, transport, or related industries
  • Street smarts, thick skin, and a relentless drive to win
  • Confident communicator with strong follow-through and resilience
  • Hunter mentality — you don’t wait for leads, you go out and get them
  • Able to work independently and think fast on your feet
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain services is a bonus
  • Full Driver’s licence
