Electrician - Thames

We are looking for a keen, self-motivated individual who is a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team at our Thames Site. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, and an ability to communicate well. Be comfortable working or had experience in working in an industrial environment.
Monday to Thursday night shift 3.00pm to 1.30am - total 40 hours per week, overtime available on Fridays.
Immediate start.
Key Function and Duties- Fault finding, problem solving and repair equipment for the Thames site.
- Complete work to a high standard preventing rework and improving equipment reliability.
- Provide ongoing support to Maintenance and Production teams.
- Lead and provide technical expertise for continuous improvement processes.
- Provide feedback to Shift, Operations and Maintenance team members when issues are identified or resolved.
- Improve systems and standards across the site.
- Ensure quality assurance of external vendors.
- Follow health and safety requirements across site.
- Be a Registered Electrician.
- Preferably have control systems experience with control logics PLCs and fault finding on Manufacturing plants, automated safety systems.
- Have a can do attitude and a positive focus on all things work related.
- Have a focus on health and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- A good level of equipment problem solving skills and trouble shooting ability – this is something we can grow together.
- Understand the importance to work within time restraints.
