General Manager Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support
to the General Manager. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also assisting the GM with marketinginitiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a problem-solver, and capable of
handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with discretion and
professionalism. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the GM and gain
exposure to both operational management and strategic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support- Manage and coordinate the GM‘s calendar, including scheduling meetings,
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the GM as
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, reports, and other
- Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring easy access and
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up across various business functions
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and invoices as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the GM and internal staff / external partners,
ensuring smooth communication flow.
Marketing Support- Assist the GM in executing marketing activities, including content preparation,
- Support social media management (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat, or other relevant
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis as directed by the GM.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners on marketing projects.
Key Requirements: Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese – exceptional written and
real-time translation and interpretation during meetings when required.
- Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills – able to prioritise tasks
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
